OK! Middle East Issue 68OK! Middle East Insider Column

Hair by Raoul in Jet Set, Grosvenor House, Dubai Marina.

Wearing Bohemian Box Necklace, Club Monaco Top, Mother Jeans, and Jimmy Choo heels.

This issue’s OK! Insider Column included:

1) Mochi, a unique lifestyle label that focuses on fabric, color, and embroidery. It offers unique pieces that are so easy and fun to wear. The dress I chose is a Christmas & New Year’s Eve Limited Edition dress that is rich in color and seamlessly fit the theme of Christmas Eve.

2) Rice Creamery’s Choco Mint flavored rice pudding with coconut, blackberry and fresh mint. This flavor is only available till the end of December and is a definite must try. Rice Creamery is Dubai’s latest home-grown dessert spot that recently opened at City Walk, offering a variety of rice pudding flavors.

3) Qbara, Dubai’s latest dining venue and by far, the most breath-taking one. With striking Arabesque interiors and a contemporary Middle Eastern menu guaranteed to tantalize your taste buds, Qbara has definitely taken the UAE dining scene by storm. Within a month of opening, Qbara has attracted the likes of George St. Pierre, UFC’s welterweight champion, Kieran Gibbs, Arsenal left back, and Navid Negahban, the Iranian American actor who plays Abu Nazir in the award winning hit series Homeland. For New Years Eve, they will be offering a set menu and premium beverages with live entertainment and their famous mesmerizing visuals that will definitely welcome 2014 in style. I can’t wait to enjoy their signature lobster kibbeh and sumac seared scallops.
