One of my favorite ways to spend a Friday morning or afternoon is at Safa Park’s Ripe Food and Craft Market. Ripe, the UAE’s pioneering provider of fresh organic fruits and vegetables, organises and heads this community market alongside various local foodies, artisans and craft makers.
Stalls are set up in front of The Archive, near Gate 5, and from 9am – 2pm the festival kicks off. During this season of beautiful cool weather, it’s really great to be outdoors and in a park environment. The event is very family-friendly and stalls on offer cater to everyone, foodies and non-foodies alike. During my visit, I loved enjoying delicious treats while I browsed around the market which is filled with all sorts of treasures! Live music and interactive workshops also added a great vibe to the overall experience.
A few of my favorite stalls included, Pantry Cafe, Raw Coffee, and Labaneesh! Lots more on my must-try list!
